Stadthaus Ulm

The Stadthaus event and exhibition center was designed as a modern building sculpture by New York star architect Richard Meier, and opened in 1993. Located directly adjacent to the late Gothic Ulm Minster, the interplay of the styles creates an atmosphere that pays tribute to tradition and future. The emphasis of the self-produced or cooperatively realized program, is on contemporary art, photography, architectural topics and environment, and so-called outsider art. Contemporary music and dance also play central roles. Numerous discussion forums and information events are also held in the auditorium. On the lower level, the history of Minster Square is staged in a little show.

Entrance prices

Entrance to the exhibitions is free. For event entrance prices, information is available on our website.

Accessibility

The Stadthaus is also accessible for wheelchair users. The Stadthaus has a wheelchair-accessible toilet.
