Jobcenter Ulm

The Jobcenter is responsible for granting benefits to cover basic costs for thos seeking employment according to the unemployment benefits by the German Code of Social Law SGB II (Arbeitslosengeld II). In addition to benefits as a means of subsistence, and for accommodation and heating, this also includes services for integration into the workforce.

We are responsible for:

  • Benefits as a means of subsistence (so-called standard rate and potential additional requirements)
  • Benefits for accommodation and heating (rent and utilities)
  • Job placement
  • Services for integration into the workforce

We address all people of working age with residency in Ulm and family members living in the same household, who are unable to independently earn their own living.
